Do you take insurance?

What is your availability?
​
I see clients Monday-Friday. I work Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Fridays 8-2pm and respond to emails during these hours. Please allow me 1-3 business days to respond to inquires.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?

I can negotiate a lower fee based upon financial and income needs on a case by case basis. Please go to the contact page to further discuss this with me. If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I will provide you with referrals.

What is your payment Policy?
​
All fees are collected at the end of each session through a payment method on file. A credit or debit card on file is required.
Journey From Within Psychotherapy accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, HSA accounts, Zelle, and PayPal as a form of payment. We use a secured payment process through Simple Practice.
What is your cancelation policy?
​
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. We understand that this isn’t always plausible, so we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation fee that may be charged to your account.
